What is Watsu?
Watsu, or Water Shiatsu, is the world's first form of aquatic bodywork, created in 1980 by Harold Dull at Harbin Hot Springs, CA. In a warm, 94º pool, you are continuously supported by the therapist as the soothing water embraces your quiet body inspiring gentle, free, and expansive movement of the spine and body.
Your Watsu is unique. Variations of Jahara Technique® and Adapted Watsu® are used to modify your body utilizing flotation pillows and aqua noodles.
